Please find the enclosed PF Form 5 and PF Form 10
While applying for PF Claim at PF office, Should PF Form 5 and PF Form 10 be enclosed with claim form (Composite Claim Form (Non-Aadhar))
Whether PF Form 5 and PF Form 10 is in effective currently
(OR)
Is those forms replaced by any another forms. If yes, what is the new forms
And when these two forms are applicable

Dear Thirumurugan, From March-2012 manual submission of PF Return is replaced by Online Filing of ECR.From Dec-2016 ECR Filing is based on UAN Number.Consequently, Form-5 Joining Details, Form-10 leaving Details has become redundant
For Submission PF Withdrawal, you have to submit only documents mentioned in the instruction manual
