Dear Sir, I am Naveen Kumar Korlam, Working as a sr Executive HR in xxx Gems Ltd, Here my Question is one my employee completed his 10 years of service in contract Rolls now he is expecting his pension monthly, His age is 32 years still he is working in the same organization in contract rolls. Kindly give clarity on the above matter.

Now he is eligible for pension.... but age is 32 , wait till he get superannuated ... add till last contribution which will help in higher and better pension amount...

Dear Naveen Kumar, while being in Employment, EPS can not be Claimed.EPS can be Claimed after attaining 58 Years
Alternatively Short Service Pension can be claimed after attaining 50 Years provided member is not Employed
