Hi friends, Please confirm, If employee’s was getting 17000(Gross) and after increment his salary is 21100(gross). Then employer are liable for pay employer part to ESI till 6 month?

Please note that there is a Contribution Period and subsequent Benefit Period in ESI.
E.g. for Contribution Period, October to March, the benefit period will be April to September.If an employee's gross salary increases above Rs.21000 per month from December onwards, he will be continued to covered under ESI till March next year and from April onwards, he will be out of ESI.
Please apply this logic in the above case.
