PROBLEM WITH NEW UAN CREATION - enter AADHAAR/ AADHAAR Enrolment Number?

HI, I am having a problem to create UAN the error is Please enter AADHAAR/ AADHAAR Enrolment Number.
but as per the help file this is not mandatory filed. so please help us.

Hi, Aadhar is mandatory for create Uan.While entering the aadhar No It make error means There is Some Prob With your Aadhar Kyc Kindly Check It For Backend rg/Dinesh

Aadhar is mandatory and have the name as per aadhar card to generate new UAN.
