Just recently one more member has raised query on the topic of eligibility of gratuity. Check the following link to refer it:

Legally speaking, you become eligible to draw gratuity if you complete 4 years and 240 days. However, keeping law aside, will it matter if you complete five years? As such you have completed four and half years so what is the challenge if you complete six more months?
