Dear Seniors, Kindly check this leave policy is ok or not? Required yours suggestion in this case.
• 2 PL allowed per month, i.e. 24 PL per fiscal.
• These Leaves can be carry forwarded to next month and thereafter, i.e. 24 leaves can be accumulated in a fiscal.
• These leave, either per month allowed or accumulated can be availed in one trench. However, shall not exceed 8 leave at one trench .With function head approval seeking emergency this can be extended upto 15 leave at one trench.
• If no leave is availed , these will be considered as lapse and will not carry forward to next fiscal, however , 6 leaves is permissible to be carry forward to next fiscal.
• If 30 leaves of accumulated nature is attained, this will be automatically paid as per prevailing basic basis, if not availed .

Dear Mr Bhavesh, under which Act the said leave Policy is framed? There is provision for carry forward of leave to the extent of 2 Years eligibility Leave encashment is paid on gross Salary not on Basic Salary alone.Your leave Policy should be in conformity with The factories Act, 1948/The Shops & Commercial establishments Act
