Hi all,
one of my boss asked me to draft a letter which can clearly says employee need to leave organization in a month..he is not on bench and his services are active, because of him most of the his members are not working -so management decided to take him out by giving one month notice to the employee.
Please suggest me how i can draft a letter and what are the clauses i need to put in the letter.
Regards,
Prasan.

Dear Prasanna,
Rather than telling the employee to leave the organisation, call him to your cabin, explain the circumstances of separation and tell him to put up letter of resignation. Of course, you need to fulfil conditions of separation as per the terms mentioned in the appointment letter.

Asking person to leave the organisation due other may not be good. Leaders are not in more number who bring remarkable changes. If other are not working due to some change in better working culture than before , that has to be analysed by HR and if the difference is existing then it has to be settled down by connecting each other. Removing person is very easy job. If others who are not working can give better suggestion to move forward. Not working is not solution. This kind of activity may continue without end.Today they may not work and tomorrow they can ask something else.
