Dear friends, Someone please clarify that if you are already subscribing to EPF and then you pick a new job where they don't deduct your EPF as you have crossed the salary limit of Rs.15000/- Is it in order?

When you join a new company under PF Act, they should give you PF Form 11 (revised) to fill up irrespective of your basic salary. This is required as per PF act once you are a member of PF you will continue to remain member i. e. if you have not withdrawn your earlier company PF. But they will contribute only Rs. 1800 = 15000*12%. Unlike pension scheme, there is no retirement age under PF.
