Hi Can anyone clarify what are the procedures if my old company name changed and take over with another name. But the Directors are same.
We have the MOA AOA and Incorporation in the new company name,.
Do we have to register freshly in PF ESI and PT in the new name?
What are the formalities for our employees. All are continuing in the company, Do we have to give any new appointment order or any other document?

Please mention 3 new names selected and give it to your Auditor for changing the company name. They will submit the necessary documents.
