Dear Friend,
Is there more to your query? Why is the manager asking for your resignation? He is asking for the resignation while asking for a notice period to be included??? Why???
What are the reasons for such a demand??? If the salary is on hold, have you spoken with your HR or the top management of the company? Why are you not involving them to resolve this matter?
Why are you only calling your boss and not the HR or his boss in the HO.
Come clean with the entire episode, so that any fruitful solution can be given. As on the current query, i feel that the boss is actually doing a favour in asking you to resign... So, if that is not so, then you need to give the entire facts & figures....

Dear Sir,
My company is very small, where only one person can handle HR & Admin Department.
when i asked him about my salary, he told me that he was told to put my salary on hold by my sales manager.
he also told that without his permission he can't release my salary.
sales manager is asking for my resignation because he told me that company is facing financial problem so company wants to cost cutting his staff.
so, my director also blackmailing me that first you put your resign then & then only i will release your salary.
so now i am stuck in this situation.
plz Ashutosh sir kindly guide me.
