Can someone help me with Internal Recruitment Policy/Process.
Example: The way we are practicing now, is Team Managers/Project Managers send requirement to HR. Later HR download profiles through Job Portals, and screen the candidate, and then line up for technical round. When we share profiles to Team Manager/Project Manager they say after 4-5 days to schedule the interview, and technical rounds will not happen on the same day. 1st technical round (written) on one specific day, & 2nd technical round (Machine Test) some other day.
Wanted to implement a process and share with Team Managers/Project Managers so that recruitment process is stream line and all rounds of interviews happens in 1 day. Shortlisting, PIR Round (HR conducts), and both the technical rounds should happen on the same day, all rounds in one go.
Can any one please share any PPT presentation or document for this.
