How can we exempt a class of employee who are drawing salary more than 25,000/-.
1. Do we need to submit any form to PF Department?
2. Do we have to acknowledge Employees who are in contribution till now.
What is the procedure?
Thanks and Regards,

Only those whose salary at the time of joining the establishment or when the establishment is covered exceeds Rs 15000 may be excluded from coverage. At the same time, if any one has been a member of PF and the account is still alive (not withdrawn) then he should also be given coverage even if the salary is more than Rs 15000. The employer, however, can restrict his contribution to 12% of Rs 15000.
You need not submit any form to Pf but shall collect form 11 from the employees especially who are joining the company with salary of more than Rs 15000. This not only describes that he was not a member of provident fund earlier. Had he been a member, he should be covered even if his salary is more than Rs 15000.
Acknowledging the employees who are contributing is done by the EPF Organisation and all employees can view their Passbook online.

I was a member of EPF in my previous company but i dont want epf facility in new company my basic salry is more than 15000 hee how can i do.

You withdraw the PF and then join the new company. If you are still in India and not a female who has left the previous company after getting married, you will have to wait for two months to withdraw your PF accumulations.
