Hi Smitha,
I will suggest for you to have a Management Training Program (MTP) or you can name it as you like. This program is basically a strategic one because you will be hiring employees (experience or non-experience) that will bring out the best in them. To have a brief idea about this program, it's like same in University wherein you will have curricullum or syllabus of the training. Now, this depends on what subject of the training program. If you're planning to have technical trainings for technical trainees, this should kept in mind that Computer Engineers or IT related is not the same as that of Management graduate. Engineers may understand most technicals but management will have some time to adjust. This program can be paid thru allowances (not necessarily need a salary), it can be in 2-months or so, depending on your syllabus. It can also add some specialized trainings like MS Excel, MS Presentations and some motivational seminars. Trainers can be department/section heads, they will be the one providing the feedbacks on those trainees and how many will graduate. Prior to graduation a final presentation can be made based on all the things they learned during the program or it can be any topic that can turn into projects. Whole program can be in 6 months --2 months theoritcal training + 4 months practical training which we can say like on-the-job training. When they graduate, they can be confirmed as like normal employee. Hope this helps.
Goodluck!
