Dear Both,
"Staggered off" system is common for industries working 24 x 7 throughout the year e.g Steel Plant, Power Plant etc. If in any location the requirement of manpower is say 6 , then 7 employees has to be engaged and they will have staggered off - mon day, tues day ..............sun day . This is simple example. It will depend on each area and the number of manpower deployment - need detailed study and vary from industry to industry. For specific industry it will be required to do in depth study before implementation.
Inform/discuss local Factory Directorate before implementation.
