Dear Friends, I need your help as to framework from home policy for my organization. If an employee is opting for work from home at the time of interview and is selected, what should be an appropriate leave policy for the same. Kindly help. Thanks in advance :)

Hi,
The reporting heads/line manager can better take a subjective decision whether to approve work from home.Usually WFH option is given when their work can be monitored and also when deliverable can be 100% assured to be obtained. When employees are sick, they need to take rest and for which leave has to be applied.
But when an employee is partially disabled (temporary) for eg, leg is fractured etc, then they can be given WFH.
It is advisable to have limit on the WFH category .
