There is a lot of queries regarding Creche and age of the child till which the creche needs to be provided.
In my opinion the age of the child till which creche is to be provided is fifteen months.
The above is provided in the Nursing Break section of the earlier Maternity Benefit Act.
If anybody have any other alternatives please provide.
