Can on the basis of judgement of supreme court in surya roshni limited vs employee provident fund, do we need to include hra in pf deduction along with other allowances. Please tell the solution in detail.

Supreme Court judgement on labour laws is applicable to the parties to the petitions. For example you also can file petition as co-petitioner & you will get order of the judgement in your name.
If an employee or union becomes co-petitioner & gets judgment in its favour then you will have to do so.

Ok...but m telling can we include allowance in pf deduction including hra based on the above judgement of supreme court. ???

Including HRA for PF deductions may be interpreted that the total amount is basic salary. This will cause you difficulty for gratuity.
