I'm an experienced candidate having almost 7 yrs experience in relevant field. I just got shortlisted by Cognizant and now they sent me an email asking to fill and send the Candidate Information Sheet along with some documents (PAN, 3 month's salary slip, joining letter, and last hike letter)
I couldn't furnish last 3 month's payslip as I wasn't provided with the same by my present company. So I sent 2 and my salary account details (last 6 months).
Is there any other documentation process involved? Will just providing 2 payslips create a problem. The payslip of March had all the yearly details of the annum gross pay.
Also, will they need university certificate? I have the marksheets but never collected the MA certificate.
