Hi everyone,
I am employed in an service organisation that has a total strength of 200 employees of different categories like salaried, Part time, honorarium, volunteers, Work from home etc. I have been asked to track all these people to maintain a database. Recruitments is been done by section heads of individual departments, Some honorarium people work for some time and leave with outs information. Payroll is being processed by accounts departments as they get no information about the people joining and leaving they continue to make payment who have already left and no payments to those who have joined . I have joined very recently here and i have to do this task.
Looking forward to all your advise on this . Its very urgent .

Hi,

I am vinoth from skyline management service ,doing manpower service.

Few doubts as follows,

1.U said having different categories of employees working, Is ur organization is working under one roof or work from home, project work etc like that.?

(One roof means whether the security note down In an Out time and reporting Daily),Or (work from home means whether the project get replied within alloted time or taking more time)?

2.U Having section Heads,Whether they reporting about attendance and work completion daily or once in month.?

3.Whether u checking and approving attendance list daily.?

4.Before going to accounts dept, whether the final list approved by HR Dept.?

5.Whether daily attendance match with monthly approval list.?

IF find answer for these questions and schedule work accordingly , u can able to track who is working and who is not working,

Above details may or maynot be useful to you, but i have seen these procedures in my follow up companies,

thank you

regards

vinoth
