Hi, Related to gratuity my query. I worked 4 years 9 months in a company with 6 days working for week. Am i eligible for gratuity?
My duration was 17th September 2013 to 25th June 2013. Please help me on this.

Hi ,
As per above i contacted my previous company. They are informed like i am not eligible due to i am not complete five years and what i know that they linked with LIC related to gratuity payment. So as per rules with Lic they are not paying gratuity amount.
If someone please provide all documents which are reqiure to show them like i am eligible. Then they will ready to pay.
So kindly please help me .

I spoke aleady with HR of my previous company. They are mentioned like they are linked with Lic . They also contacted with some HR consult people. They are informed to them i am not eligble.
Could you please provide any documents related to any GO's which proofs i am eligible. I will submit them . At the same time plz provide 6 days/week document related to gratuity eligibility.
If i submit eligibility documents they will ready to pay.
