Dear HRs,
I request all to clarify that after completing one probation and further 3 months without any communication from the management is it mandatory to accept the extension of probation letter at the beginning of the 4th month being served by the management on the same terms and conditions. And can I quit the job by rejecting the extension letter and not serving one month notice period which was stated in the appointment letter which is valid for one year only.
Kindly clarify and guide me with legal aspects.
