Please help me out with one important query related to FnF dues from the employee.
This is a case of FNF dues recovery. The employee has resigned from a company immediately after 1 month due to unsuitable working conditions and humiliation issue. The employee has officially sent a resignation mail mentioning all the issues he has faced during the employment and there is no reply from the employer but has credit the employee's full salary at the end of the month . After 3 months and 15 days , the employer asks for a refund of some amount against notice period not served and asks to pay within 15 days or else will initiate legal action.
Please help me understand is it a correct process to be followed? And is there any chance for the employee to gain justice in this matter?
