New Basic Salary are as follows:
1. U/S (Monthly / Daily) - 7170.94/275.81
2. S/S (Monthly / Daily) - 7510.32/288.86
3. Skilled (Monthly / Daily) - 9984.57/384.02
4. H/S (Monthly / Daily) - 11440.66/440.02

i want to know computer operator falls in which category skilled or highly skilled , after 11 yrs of experience now i am getting Rs. 371 per day at the position of Computer operator , after many times i have informed the all concerned higher authority but they are doing nothing only giving 26 days payment for a month @ Rs. 371 per day.
I want to know in which category it falls highly skilled or skilled , if any then please send me a circular of jharkhand contract labour rate with category mentioning that meaning of or qualification or designatiion of defining that its a highly skilled / skilled etc.

i donot want amendment or notification , i want category of work i.e. skilled or high skilled , i mean to say that if any body work in a clerical job with computer skill and working experience is more than 5yrs then , is he claimed for or entitled to get Highly skilled category rate. is there any circular or notification from Govt side.
One more thing i want to know that if a unskilled labour is working from many years , say 5 yrs then is he claimed or entitled to get the skilled category of wages if he gets a skilled experience after some years of working.
is there any thing regarding that issue in a govt circular (Jharkhand Govt.)
