if an employee get Rs.6500/-(basic3500/-,HRA2000/- and Con.1000/-) per month as salary, then what is bonus eligibility to that employee. Whether we have consider only basic for calculation or total amount. Minimum wage for that cadre is 6000/-.

Bonus is Payable on Rs7,000/- or Minimum Wages applicble for the designation whichever is higher as per the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
