In a contractual environment if a workers work on sunday for half day whether he should get full day payment or not?

Any overtime is calculated as double of Basic+DA. So may be the salary is not double but the OT is definitely double.

if sunday was Weekly Holiday, work performed on Weekly Holiday has to be considered as extra Work/Over Time warranting Payment @ Double Rate
