Dear All,
I have recently joined a new established recruitment company wherein I am the first Sales person. I am currently not able to calculate or set the sales target. In previous organisation targets were already being set and shared across the Sales guys.
Along with the target the i also need to understand the incentive policy with proper calculation. Currently i have a team of 6 recruiters average CTC from 10k to 22k.
Would really appreciate some good inputs which will help to set up the Target & Incentive plan as well.
