Dear Sir I would like to know about at what rate we need to pay Overtime to Driver and Office Boy. Minium how much hour of duty they need to perform and from which time overtime will be applicable.

For drivers there is also something called a spread over time. The working hours is not the standard 8 hours like in a factory. A driver will work for a period of 8 hours per day which can be spread over 10.5 hours. In case the person is retained for over 10.5 hours in a day, while he has been on duty for less than 8 hours, even then, he is entitled for over time beyond the 10.5 hours. But if he has done say, 9 hours of work, without spread over in 10.5 hours in the day, then his OT starts ticking the moment his 8 working hours is completed.
