plz tell me that if company provide half day and on same day employee asking for leave then how leave calculate for 0.5 days or 01 day

This depends on how your company deals with the issue as matter is relating to company policy. In common parlance they are right in deducting 1 days salary as the half day was a perquisite to those who attend for that half day.
