Dear Seniors,
Kindly advise on below query.
I have to pay ESIC Interest & Damages charges against late payment.
I have selected the Defaulter/Recovery challan option and tried to pay Interest under C-18(I) and Damages D-18 but when I enter the amount it shows the entered amount is greater than the selected amount. both window non-editable, not able to enter payment details.
Requested you to kindly advise how to create challan and make payment online.

dont use any decimal or paise unit, just fill the amount in digits, it will accept

Thanks for your reply.
Iam not using Decimal but that details are non-editable therefore when I am entering total amount in payment column it shows greater that total amount which is default showing "0".
Kindly check screen shots for more clarity and pls advise.
