Hello All,
I am an HR in an IT company which is about to start onsite policy for our employees. Can anyone help regarding: 1) any standard rule for minimum wages/per diem during onsite deputation ? 2) Is it mandatory to pay overtime and bonus & local medical insurance to the employees? 3) What happens to his existing medical insurance in India at time of deputation? 4) Any binding rules or agreement clauses that can assure the employee does not leave while in onsite or just after returning. If possible can anyone share a sample onsite contract of IT companies ? It would be of great help.
