We have an employee who joined in Apr 16. He had a previous PF id & UAN number, but he wasnt aware of his UAN & asked for time to get the same. So we kept his new UAN generation/Linking pending. In the mean time he spoke to some one from his old office regarding the same & got his new PF transferred to the one with our company. But in his previous PF, there was mistake in his DOB in the DD/MM format. It was reversed.
So now in his UAN login, he can see both PF id linked, but passbook only for old PF. In the transfer claim portal, his old PF shows already transferred to new PF id.
What can be done to get his new PF from our company shown in the passbook?
