Here is your answer :-
1) Yes you may withdraw PF only if you are unemployed for 2 months.
2) You will get Gratuity. You are eligible. See details here Payment of Gratuity Act, Rules, Forms, Returns & All Other Information
3) Pension Scheme money is withdrawable after 10 years of serviice or 58 year of age. So you are not eligible.

Dear Labour Law Index,
May I rectify you on point 3 above.
One can withdraw his pension fund before completion of 10 years contribution period. Pension funds can not be withdrawn after 10 years contribution period as the contributor is eligible for pension.

Hi,
Yes you can withdraw your PF and Pension amount through your UAN login. You are also eligible for Gratuity.
If you are planning to join other Company I would suggest you not to withdraw PF money but to transfer to your new employer PF account through UAN login. Transfer of PF money will be beneficial to you in terms of some bulk savings for your retirement and in other 4 years you will become eligible for Pension also which you will get after your 58 years ( subject to transfer of PF money with same UAN number and total service more than 10 years).
