I am tejeshri, i completed my mba into finance in jan 2016 and got placed in an investment bank as an operations executive and i worked there for 6 months but i left my job recently. I always had an interest to build my career into hr. Due to my patents request i did mba in finance...but now i feel like i made a mistake .....and now i m planning to start my career in hr.....can somebody help me out with this.

If at all you are really passionate about your career into HR yes certainly you can do some certification courses or PG Diploma in HR or mean while you can learn HR modules and keep trying the opportunity

Thanks jeevarathnam for sharing your opinion. I will definately start going through hr modules and simultaneously start searching for good options. However just want to know, that is it necessary to start hr career by working into consultancy. Actually i interested into recruitment and performance management area.can someone advise me on this
