Dear All,
Please find following notifications by GOI:
1. Draft rules increasing Maternity Leave under ESI Act (Notification dated 06.10.2016);
2. Draft rules reducing the rate of contributions of ESIC in new implemented area (Notification dated 06.10.2016); and
3. Draft rule inserting word “fixed term employment workman in apparel manufacturing sector” in Standing Order Act.
According to above notifications, affected persons should submit suggestions / objections to Shri Ajay Malik, Under Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001 within 30 days of publishing this notification.
You are given an opportunity to raise your objection if any to this amendment.

Hurriedly I made a mistake in understanding the notifications.
The first notification is a draft notification and rest two are final notifications means Laws are passed accordingly.
In first one you have an opportunity to raise your objection if any to this amendment. You should submit your suggestions / objections to Shri Ajay Malik, Under Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi-110001 within 30 days of publishing this notification.
