Is there any details availabe @ factories act for Manufacturing industries
How to draft policy for providing CL/SL for Manufacturing industries
Because Shops & Estaablishments Act is not applicable in Manufacturing industries /Factories

Hai.. Factiroes act will applicable to PL only, for CL/SL u have to go through the Moral Standing orders... as per my visinity regards B PRABHAKAR REDDY

hai in factories only cl and pl applicable as per act and minimum cl should be 5 days and pl should be only if 14 worked day 1 day eligible. regards john paul
