if you plan proper Induction, Orientation, L&D, Employee engagement activities then employees may stay for longer period
You can also plan for retention allowance & pay additional bonus who completes 2 years term

Dear Priya,
There are two issues in your query. One is employee attrition and another is related to recruitment. I will write only about the employee stability or retention.
Employee stability in the company is linked to how much he/she is engaged with the company. To know more about employee engagement, you may click the following link to refer my past reply on the subject:

If employee are leaving before two years then you need to do the analysis of why are they leaving the company. I have given list of the reasons because of which employees quit the company. Click the following link to read my reply to the past post (reply Sl No 4):

Hi priya, first you frame the suitable policies for your company and try to executive them one by one. Create Employee hand book in this you display all the policies and explain to each and every employee from first day of the joining. Behind that you maintain employee engagement activities , employee welfare etc by what the employees can get attracted to your company policies.
Thanking you
