Hi experts,

I am going to start a business through online and without an office, so here are my queries folks

1) Many websites are popular like blogs, but not registered under the MCA, but they aren't fake, they didn't get caught why? do govt inspection team do even see that really?
2) I don't want to register cause I don't want to make my hands dirty, as i will be working from home and will make maybe not more than 10K/month or nothing and also i don't want any trouble cause I'll provide my residential address where my parents live if I registered, what do you think here?
3) My online business may or may not work that's why this is question is all about, will work alone all the time, obviously this will be my secondary job.

Thanks for reading guys, and please don't explain about LLP, Pvt, Sole or OPC registration, I know about them pretty well, just want to know if i don't register will i get caught, please investigate.

Take care guys, hopefully I get answers here as I couldn't get elsewhere.

Dear,
MCA interference is subjected to business entity like LLP, Pvt
Ltd, Ltd, since you are individual so there is No question of MCA interference at all. just forget about MCA and Do continue your online business,
