One of my employee having ESI card. When he joined in our company he was not married. Now He got married and having one child? He want to add his child in his ESI list, What is the process. Pls help me?

Sir, please contact appropriate Branch Office of ESIC to which your unit is attached. It is only Branch Office Manager who is authorised to make or delete such entries in the Identity Cards of Insured Persons. The required forms which are required to be filled up may also be available with your HR/Time Office/concerned section.

there is a option as family details in online portal. see once and add the details taken from employee. Click on edit employee details

Kindly log in to esic.in and get the information of family members inserted, take a print of TIC and sign it. Thereafter the insured have to approach concerned local office along with dependents / family members for photography.

Please go to the ESIC site and login your account. There is a option Update IP detail. You can change/ Update any detail in this option.

In our company 25 were working in for the last 5 years from 2010. In 2013-2014 Years Company didn't pay the PF amount in the concern employees accounts. In 2015 some of the employees left and withdrawn the PF amount.
From PF department we received notice that your company didn’t pay (Defaulter List) PF for the period of 2013-2014. As per the notice received we paid penalities damages and arrears to all of the employees (including left employees account).
My question is already left employees withdrawn the PF also.. However again can they submit settlement form to withdrawal the PF? Pls advise

. Daily Wages labours are eligible for PF? Or we have to pay PF and ESI mandatorily?

Members resigned. But not withdrawn the PF from his PF account. However After 1 year he rejoins again. So Can he continue with his previous PF number? But earlier status given as Left. Pls advise
