I need to make my training for telephone etiquettes interactive and fun to learn. Could someone suggest activities and icebreakers to suit the topic. Thxs Swetz

U can make two groups. Let one group be observer and the other group act as performer.
Performers: Give them some role play according to what u would like them to learn like in telephone ettiquete, one thing which is necesary is to be polite. Give them role=plays like 3-4 people coming to a person for different work at the same time.
Observers: let them observe the performers and come up with advantage or disadvantage of them.
There can be many exercises on ice-breaker on this. What I have written is just general.
U may find many articles in cite hr. just type ice-breaker in type search query and hopefully u will get what u want.
