I am serving my notice period and i will be completing 4years 10 months and 12 days on my last working day. Am i eligible for gratuity? In my case, gratuity was a part of my CTC. My HR is now denying my eligibility inspite of providing proofs of cases where gratuity has been granted for 4 years 240 days. Kindly let me know if i am eligible for gratuity? Also, what steps should i take further. I would be really grateful if you could guide me here. I live in pune. Thank you in advance.
