my name is Rahul.
i have done mca in 2014 but do not have sound technical knowledge as far as programming languages are concern so
started working as hr in small scale IT company since last 2 two years. where i have handling all functions of HR. not having indept knowledge of it. ant not having MBA degree too which is causing me to go ahead for better opportunity.
now i am not getting what should i do as far as mine career and growth is concern
how could you help me out ?
