Hi All,
I am working in IT Company.
Our total strength is around 120.
We have to maintain their attendance at the end of month.
What format we can prepare for their attendance.
Thanks and Regards,
Pooja

Dear Pooja,
You may maintain the attendance in a simple Excel sheet only.. start with E-Code and Name of employee, then put the column for Designation and Date of Joining.. then onwards date and month.. below them mark Present, Absent or Leave or Holiday.. by this way only you may maintain it in a very simple way.. moreover at the end put the formula and calculate all the Absent and leaves taken in that month..
Hope it will help you to do the same..
Regards,
Amit Seth.

Dear Pooja,

Why dont you try and automate your Leave and attendance system. With that you no longer have to update the leave balances on the month end and waste your time on following up the discrepancies.

Try SmilesERM leave and attendance module, you will have:

1. A self service enabled Employee Information Portal

2. Employees no longer will have to check their leave balances with you before applying.

3. All the information of leaves availed, approved and rejected leaves available to employees on their home page

4. Run a month end report on leaves, days worked, payable days etc. at the click of a button, saving you valuable time.

5. Elimination of paper forms and freedom from register maintenance.

6. The system can integrate with your swipe card machine and mark attendance, or else a manual excel sheet too can be uploaded for the purpose.

7. Complete control over the situation rather the situation having control over you.

8. Transparency in the system leading to zero conflict.

9. Availability of management reports at the click of a button.

10. A completely web enabled application.

All this and more come for just per employee per month. No software purchase required, no costly database required just use it over the internet.
