Is There Any Salary Payment Due Date Under Factory Act.


Hi All, my employer always paid salary upto 15 to 20 after completion of month which is much late... please tell me is there any due date of salary payment under factory act. Thanx & Regard

If you have less than 1000 employees then by 7th of following month >1000 employees by 10th of following month on a working day.

There is no provision under factory act but it is specified in sec 5 to 7 of payment of wages act. Payment of wages act is applicable to all factories in India
