Dear,
If you have taken training & sign the bound then you have to follow the term of bound in case if you want to leave the job employer may demand the amount spend during the training so it is advisable for you to follow the term of standing order act. & bound otherwise have to pay the training amount,

You may ask legal consultant, whether as per law it is mandatory or nor I dont think so that any law says to sign Bond, Kindly consult legal advisor

Dear Nilesh,
You are absolutely right bounded labour
is illigal in india. Signing bound is subjected to recover the actual amount
Spend toward the emoloyee training based
on bound No employer can forcely hold any emoloyee
To serve thier employment, however it
Is my personal advised to all employee
not to sign any bound in case of training
The employee must be aware about the
Clause of actual training cost before signing
Bound,
Thanx & Regard

PMR,
What are TERMS And conditions of bond? If it is Rs. 50,000/ your company asked YOU to pay and go, then you have to decide based upon those T&C already signed, as it is company management that can take liberal view not any third person please. Please talk to your senior after preparing yourself with justification as to why you should be helped though its bond , possible you may get his shoulder to support you fully or some part.Nothing is harm here in talking to your immediate senior.

I wonder, if you are fed up only within one month of your joining.
However, there are no rules for breaking of a bond. Subject to legal implications, it is at your sweet will to break the bond or not at your own risk & responsibility.
Instead of asking solution on an unclear description, better read the conditions prescribed in your bond or appointment order or give full description here as an additional necessary information to get some appropriate solution from the members.
