I'm working in Travel Agency from last 6 months and I need to prepare a harassment policy for this organisation,though having 3 yrs of exp into HR I haven't prepare any such policy, I would be grateful if any of CiteHr member/senior can help or guide me in this matter like what I should mention in this and all other details
