Hi Everyone, The question I have is regarding punctuality. In our company, we do keep track of the in-time & out-time of each employee through e-attendance but if the employee is late for many days, how can we inform them about it & how will it effect them ? Also what is the best time period of informing about them or Head of Department? a week? daily ? monthly? Kindly provide me some suggestions. Thank you in advance.
