Hi All HR professionals,
2016 is very important year as wide number of startups has emerged not in India but across the world. Hence, the need of adopting best recruitment techniques has also increased.
As per my opinion any company should focus more on hiring trustworthy candidates from loyal resources. For that an organization can always go for referral programs, recommendations, or taking X employees ( if their background is acceptable). We can also go for posting the vacancy on job portals like :
Naukri.com
Monster.com
Indeed.com
Timesjob.com etc
To avoid any such hassle and problems we can always go for outsourcing the function.Now-a-days various staffing companies are prominently operating in the market which takes care of hiring needs of the companies and solve this problems.

Hi Adhaan,
I'm glad to share my view in staffing business. As you might have been experiencing, it's very difficult to fill vacancies for senior management level, especially in manufacturing industry. Passive candidates may satisfy with higher salaries and benefits we offer, but they are not willing to relocate. When it comes to recruiting entry level candidates, skills gap still remains the biggest problem we have to face. Fresh graduates often need training from scratch to be able to meet requirements.
I'd like to hear more from you and other HR professionals.
