I am working in one of the startup company which has been founded in mid 2013. Company runs under 10-12 employees. I have successfully completed 2+years of work experience in same company. Now I am planning to move myself in other organization. But, the company has lot of negative reviews on different websites like consumerforums, google reviews etc... Company is good there is no fault in the company but, company has some enemies who always try to degrade the companies growth those people put the negative reviews on different different websites and forums.
My question is will that negative reviews about the company will effect my new organization interview process?
will this reviews impact on my background verification (No doubt my present company will give positive feedback about me...)
If any what are the steps I should take to move securely without any complication...

When you have decided to move to a new organisation, keep behind all those thoughts about negative reviews, more so when the present employer gives positive feed back about you and focus on your probable positive responses if at all questions are asked on why you are leaving the current organisation. All the best

The employers, while hiring, look into the candidate's profile first to ensure that they are hiring a right fit and they also know that as employers they can not satisfy every employee and there will always be some disgruntled employees who indulge in negative canvassing. There is no rule that employee will be good beacuse employer is good. However you need to be careful not to badmouth your ex-employers in the interview as employers do not like such gestures from their employees and articulate well your skills, knowledge and accomplishments in the interview and there will be no problem. All the best.
