IS there any rule employee has to use only 1 sick leave during period of three months.
Is there any Rule for using Sick Leave for a month??
Or Employees can use Sick leave as per their illness.

Your query is not clear. However,normally the policies across industries lay down that sick leave can be availed by an employee when he absents from duty on grounds of sickness and on production of medical certificate and no body can say when an employee falls sick and then where is the three month period?

Hii Rashmika, SL can be avail only on the Medical Ground, and there is no any Rule as you said above.
You should asked for Medical certificate if employee wishes to avail SL more than 2 Days,
for your knowledge dear, WO & PH can be prefixed & suffixed to SL
