Hello everyone, we give a percentage growth based of performance to employees. But we are facing issues. For example: there are candidates from 2 levels. One is low paid ( 2 lacs PA) and one is high paid (8 lacs PA). Their performance scores are same say 80% and according to formula we would give them 30% hike. But the one who has less salary would be benefitted very less. How do I device a way to compensate this so that the lesser paid also gets a significant hike. Please advice.

Probably you need to design a different kind of appraisal system for the high salaried employees to strike a balance in the increment between the low salaried and high salaried employees. This is only a view However experts in performance management system can better respond.
